Merseyside - Yoga Elder
Chelsea's vocation as a yoga teacher began in 2003 and moved into becoming a yoga teacher trainer in 2013. As a trauma-informed and karma-aware trainer, she has supported hundreds of yoga teachers through her courses:
EarthSpace Meditation, EarthSpace 300 hour Teaching Training, Chrysalis Kids Yoga, 300 hour Creative Calm Training and Creative Calm Kids Yoga. She now offers a Mentorship Programme for Yoga Teachers who need support and inspiration to help them continue with ther own yoga teaching journey.
Chelsea Canovas is a highly experienced educator having directed Yoga Teacher Trainings around the country for the last 12 years. As a ‘Sacred Spaceholder’ Chelsea weaves the 200hr+ Yoga Teacher Training (one Friday per month, next one starting September 2024), with her skills as a Somatic Movement Educator & Shamanic Practitioner to offer a unique training course that is held within both sacred space and embodiment practices. Chelsea also runs a successful Children’s Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher Training over five days (for ages 3-12 years), Meditation Teacher Training and CPD’s in Yin Yoga, Sacred Spaceholding, Shamanism skills & Somatic Movement Education.
