As someone with a personal ADHD diagnosis, I bring firsthand experience to this workshop, and I will share authentic insights alongside professional expertise. Yoga can provide so many benefits for those with ADHD, and my workshop will equip yoga teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to make their classes accessible to all.
